Deon Binneman is a keynote speaker, seminar leader, and adviser on how to build, sustain, protect and restore business reputations.

Deon’s blog – Deon Binneman on Reputation and many speaking & training engagements around the world give him an unique perspective on how businesses build, sustain, protect and destroy their fine reputations.

He has been an independent reputation and crisis management adviser and speaker for 15 years and have worked as an Organizational Development/Behavior Consultant and as a Corporate Affairs and Training Adviser to small businesses. In the earlier part of his career, Deon served in the South African Medical Services (Armed Forces) as a medical instructor and management support staff member at a variety of locations, including the Institute for Aviation Medicine.

Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, Deon works globally depending on need or technology. To date he has presented at industry conferences and events in over thirteen countries.

Apart from doing more than 50 short courses, Deon have obtained qualifications in Strategic management, Public Relations, Governance, Risk and Ethics, Human Resources Management & Occupational Health & Safety.

Books & Articles

Since 1977, Deon have had hundreds of articles published in trade, business & consumer publications and on websites; some of these focus on public relations or other professional topics, while others address topical issues of the day.

Currently busy with his first book, he wrote a chapter on Consultancy Marketing published by Prentice Hall in Professor Charles Fombrun and Mark D. Nevins book  -  The Advice Business – Essential Tools and Models for Management Consulting.

Deon is currently the editor of his own newsletter, Powerlines – a Newsletter on Strategic Reputation & Stakeholder Management insights which is read by more than 8500 international and local readers.
